Chair Yoga (please check location)

Chair yoga is a great way to make yoga accessible to anyone struggling with ailments that make movement or getting up and down from their mat a challenge.

We will practice breathwork, postures with the support of a chair and or barre on the wall, and help make yoga feel comfortable in your body.

This class is hosted in our smaller practice room in our sister space, The Beautique at the corner of 5th street and hwy 21.
