Looking to add stretching into your fitness routine without a full yoga practice? Wanting to focus on movements that will help you sustain you mobility? Try this stretching class where we will focus on specific muscle groups to increase flexibility, range of motion and mobility.  This class is great for all fitness levels. Our instructors will offer modifications for scaling back and pushing forward.
