In our Pilates barre class we will focus on Pilates fundamental movements using the Pilates barre, which anchors into the wall or baseboard--giving us a reformer like apparatus to help us feel more of the movements and isolations needed for proper technique. This will also allow us more work with our own body weight, and allow us to improve our balance.
The stretch part of this class will give you time to stretch with proper alignment and understanding of creating flexibility in your body safely and effectively.
