In this workshop we will be explaining the difference in small and full range motions, when to engage your muscles and your breath, the difference in breathing for exertion rather than yoga breathing, and the importance or form and alignment in your poses.
This workshop will give you a whole new understanding of barre and Pilates and make you feel capable of pushing yourself to new limits you didn’t even know were possible--just by correcting your form!
